Others claim it, but we built it! Tim Lynch's 2002 Mustang was originally built at Straightline Chassis with ladder bars which claimed the 2003 Fun Ford Championship. During the winter of 2003, because of rule changes, Straightline Chassis converted it to a 4-link and it has since been an unbelievable 6.96 @ 207 mph in quarter mile and 4.54 et in the eighth mile. Keith Neal's 2004 Cobra is the latest complete car from Straightline Chassis. This car was built to look as original as possible. It has all original body, glass, pedals, dash with gauges, and door pads. It also has power mirrors, windows, and door locks. The 25.2 chassis is painted titanium frost and finished off with carbon fiber interior. This car has been to one test session with the best eighth mile shut-off pass being 4.73.
